Mission
INVICTA exists to make ethical, evidence-based decision support computable and peer-reviewable — so that preventable harm is continuously reduced while human rights and Sustainable Development Goals remain the fixed north star.
W3C-style public spine
This site is the public “spine”: a clean human-readable entry point plus a stable vocabulary resolver. The live graph and dynamic vector logic can evolve behind it without breaking the public interface.
- Human: clear pages, simple navigation, contributor pathway.
- Machine: stable IRI base that resolves ClosedVocabularyID to JSON records.
- Governance: peer review status, signatures, evidence links.
Near-zero cost deployment
Keep the domain at GoDaddy, but publish the site on free static hosting (GitHub Pages), with DNS pointing at the host. This preserves funds while shipping a stable public interface.
